The Accident Prevention Service provides an assessment of the home environment to identify potential hazards. Appropriate advice on these is then given. |

| How to access: |
|
Service users should be Knowsley residents aged 65 or over. They may have had a fall at home or afraid of falling. Referral from carers, friends, family, voluntary or statutory agencies. Self referral also acceptable. |
