Service Description:   We provide a full and comprehensive Information and Advice service relating to all aspects of the lives of older people. To do this we use local resources and the central information service of the Age Concern movement (Fact Sheets and Age Concern books). Our I & A staff can help with completion of the forms relating to Attendance Allowance and other benefits for older people. A home visit can be arranged for those unable to get to our offices at Huyton and Prescot.

How to access:   The Service is free and available to any Knowsley resident aged 50 plus, or their family. No referral is necessary.
