The aim of the Community Health Development Team is to help people make lifestyle changes and improve their health & wellbeing. The team are tasked with improving the lifestyle of all residents in the Knowsley area by working with groups of people to address their identified needs.  This includes; healthy eating, physical activity, older people, sexual health, smoke free.
